Fishing Charter Boat on Mille Lacs Lake, MN

The Mermaid Launch Fishing Service is a 37-foot fiberglass launch fishing charter boat on Mille Lacs Lake, MN, that was completely rebuilt in 2009. We perform daily runs from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. That way, you’ll have the option to choose a fishing time that best suits your personal schedule. If you don’t want to fish, then we’ll be glad to provide you with a day trip to a nearby beach, bar, or a ride to Spirit Island.

With more than 25 years of experience, we’ve developed a great deal of expertise when it comes to boating and fishing. Captain KJ is the owner of KJ’s Icefishing and is now expanding into summer walleye fishing trips on Mille Lacs Lake. The Mermaid Launch operates out of Izaty's Resort Marina, and we will also host pike and smallmouth bass trips.

For bookings, call us at (320) 630-8475 or email us at kjsicefishing@yahoo.com. Our launch fishing rates are as follows:

  • 4-Hour Charter $600
  • 8-Hour Charter $1000
  • Open Boat - $35 per Person
